Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) Deck Ovens

What deck configurations are available across your commercial oven range?

We offer complete flexibility to match your production scale. Our Compact, Standard, and Heavy-Duty Series support configurations up to 3 or 4 decks, allowing you to bake completely different items simultaneously on individual stone or metal hearths. For specific kitchen footprints, we also offer standalone Single Deck (2 EN trays) and Double Deck (4 EN trays) units.

What is the maximum baking temperature, and which model handles high-heat baking?

While our Compact, Programmable, Standard, and Heavy Duty Series operate at an excellent professional baking temperature of up to 300°C, our specialized Single Deck and Double Deck Series feature an expanded temperature range of 0°C to 400°C. This makes the Single/Double deck variants exceptionally well-suited for high-temperature authentic pizza baking alongside standard artisan breads.

What tray sizes do the different deck oven series accommodate?

To match varying regional and industrial baking pans, our series support the following tray specifications (with 2 trays accommodated per deck):

  • Compact & Standard Series: $400 \times 600 \text{ mm}$ trays

  • Programmable Series: $600 \times 800 \text{ mm}$ trays (stackable design)

  • Heavy Duty Series: $460 \times 660 \text{ mm}$ trays

  • Single & Double Deck Series: Standard EN (Euronorm) Trays

Do these deck ovens run on gas or electricity?

Every single line in our deck oven range—from the space-saving Compact Series to the industrial Heavy Duty Series—offers maximum fuel flexibility. They are available in both Gas and high-efficiency Induction (Electric) heating options, allowing you to choose the system that best matches your kitchen’s utility lines and operational budget.

What makes the Programmable Series different from the Standard Series?

The Programmable Series is engineered for high-precision bakeries that require automated recipe execution. Unlike the standard manual controls, it features programmable baking profiles. Structurally, it handles larger $600 \times 800 \text{ mm}$ trays in a modular, 1-deck stackable configuration, giving you the power to expand your baking capacity vertically as your business grows.

Can the temperature of each deck be controlled independently?

Yes. Multi-deck configurations allow you to set entirely separate top and bottom heat temperatures for each individual deck. This means you can easily bake delicate crust pastries on the top deck at a lower heat while simultaneously baking high-temperature baguettes or pizzas on the bottom deck.
